Rated 5 out of 5 by from Soft Hair! I loved the raspberry shampoo and conditioner but when I used them up, I decided to treat myself to some fancy (still organic!) products that were more than twice the price of Desert Essence. Terrible idea! Weeks later, my hair felt so waxy and matted, I could barely get my fingers through the underside. Even right after washing. Disappointed, I decided to come back to Desert Essence, and this time tried the lemon tea tree shampoo and conditioner to clarify my hair. After one wash, it is so lovely again! Soft and shiny, and the waxy feeling is gone. For less than half the price of that fancy shmancy stuff and the wonderful results I get with this stuff, there's no question I'll keep using it! Note to Desert Essence: It's be awesome if you had some lush floral scents as well, like ylang ylang.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's interesting. Pretty strong shampoo. If you're not super, super greasy, it might be too strong. I totally ignored the tea tree part of the name so I was caught by surprise when I smelled it. There's a beautiful lush lemon scent, but there's also a strong medicinal tea tree scent. I'm going to mix it with a strong moisturizing shampoo and see if that doesn't make it easier on my hair. Lathers relatively well and did leave my hair clean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful! I love this shampoo!! It lathers up very well without stripping out my hair and makes it so incredibly soft. I also only have to use just a little bit to have a huge difference. I've also been told by a hair care person that my hair looks so incredibly healthy and vibrant as a result of using this shampoo. The scent is also just absolutely lovely and really makes my hair smell nice. Would highly recommend!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I like the old formula better I use this product every day in junction with the lemon tea tree conditioner. I love both products but wish Desert Essence would switch back to the old formula for the shampoo (I don't know about the conditioner, I'm about half-way through an old bottle of it). I don't like radish ferment filtrate or understand why it was necessary to add it in. I also don't like that the tea tree oil is no longer organic. I am all for the natural life-style but I promote the organic lifestyle more since "natural" means from nature, and contains no UNnatural colours/dyes, fragrances, no parabens, etc. But it doesn't mean a product is better for the environment because it still allows the usage of pesticides and genetic modification. So I must say that unless the company changes it back to organic tea tree oil I will no longer buy the product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from What did you do to my favorite shampoo!? This shampoo was originally the best thing I've found for my oily hair! It made a great clean base pallet for my other styling and nourishing shampoos and conditioners. Perfect clean without drying. I freaked out at first when they changed it now I'm just sad,. It doesn't rinse as clean, it leave a waxy heaviness my thin hair doesn't need. That said, it's still the best product to balance my oily hair. Have to order more cuz I can't run out. But PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK DESERT ESSENCE!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wondershampoo! My hair is very thin, prone to fall and oily so when i went to the DE store the SA suggested that I buy this instead of the Raspberry(I really love raspberries!!) one.I really glad that I listened to him because lemon tea tree shampoo is the best shampoo that i've tried so far!It lathers well so I only need a tiny amount for my short hair.It cleanses well too and when combine with its conditioner it gives such a lovely result. My hair is definitely thicker, softer and shinier than ever.I could not stop playing with my own hair hehe..That and added the fact that it is natural-based, really makes it an outstanding shampoo..I was so disappointed with Aubrey Organic shampoo for oily hair because it made my hair more oilier and limpy that i returned to using shampoo that contain all that nasty stuffs-Methylchloroisothiazolinone,Sodium lauryl- while feeling bad about it all the time but hey at least it did give me great results.I'm so happy I stumbled upon this miracle little thing. Now I will never look back again from this amazing shampoo because of all the benefits it gives-both to the condition of my hair and to my health^^

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Where has this been all my life? I tried this shampoo because I have always had very oily, greasy hair and had to wash it everyday to look decent. This product has worked wonders! Im now one of those people that can have great hair the second day after a wash. My hairs texture is much smoother and feels healthier. Plus now without all that grease weighing it down my hair dries faster and has some bounce to it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from amazing shamoo! When i first used this product, after blowdrying and styling, it truly felt better. It removes all excess product left in my hair. I dont like to wash my hair everyday (it drys out very easily). When i use Lemon Tea Shampoo, my hair feels extreamly clean unlike my other shampoos. I reccommend this product to anyone!!
